Miji stands for functional, ergonomic products with durable, environmentally friendly and user-friendly features. Miji maintains that design comes from daily life and in turn, serves life. Driven by customers’ needs, Miji products integrate the design philosophy and practical applicability in pursuit of bringing a better experience to users.
Miji cooktops are some of the very few design-oriented cooking devices on the market using only casting sheet metal and high-quality plastic materials for its product housing. Miji products are unique and trendy in terms of design as well as practical and easy to clean in terms of function.
The Star3 is the first portable induction hotplate that combines ergonomic, functional and fashionable features in a new design language for a modern and healthy lifestyle. The lightweight hotplate with its ergonomically designed body is easy to carry and position anywhere in a modern living space.
It comes with a precise temperature controller that is easily operated with just one finger on a variable touch slide sensor for both right- and left-handed users. No protruding buttons or knobs interfere with the elegantly designed interface.
Functional features include a concave body to avoid stains from spills and splashes, aimed at easy cleaning after a leisurely cooking experience. A detachable power cord is another important feature for a joyful plug-in cooking experience anywhere, even in the open air.

The iconic smooth shape undoubtedly makes the Miji Gala I Series a classic Miji tabletop stove. While cooking, the air stream passes through a cooling duct, resulting in the best cooking experience with zero noise. The exterior is made with aluminium alloys, while the interior uses advanced German components, with different bright colours to choose from.
The Miji Gala I series has been replicated, but its legacy remains. The design was intended to be timeless and made a great contribution to the popularity of Miji.
The first idea for the Miji Design Q-series design came from a very special place. A traditional rural kitchen in Jiangsu province with an earthen stove made for a large wok and fired by wood was one source of inspiration.
A look at the full shape of the Q-series can show that the JungleFish designers innovated even more. With the slightly upward-sloping shape of the front, spills of water or oil are prevented from running into the control zone. The housing is ideally shaped for easy cleaning of the cooker and the surrounding cooking space. So it is easy to move this powerful lightweight to any place in the home and enjoy a meal or a tea with friends and family outside the often small kitchen.
With the Q-series, the designers were actually able to combine these emotional qualities with an iconic, functional design that even resembles retro-chic from the early seventies in Europe.
With the new Cube Series, Miji is extending its product initiative in the newly launched Miji Design brand with exciting colours and a new design adaptation. Three different colours – strawberry pink, kiwi green and lemon are the key features of this product line. The ergonomic handles and the newly designed knob come in the same colour and give the Cube a unique exterior,
while following the clear lines of all Miji design, which is based on the principles of the German design school Bauhaus.
‘Less is more,’ said Mies van der Rohe, a founding father of the Bauhaus school. The body of the Cube series takes the square as its basic design form and the height is adapted in perfect correlation with the geometrical golden section.
Inside this minimalistic shape the high-quality German technology has been installed.
